Obama's Speech

Although his political enemies will continue to hammer at Obama because of his pastor and although there is nothing he could ever say to prevent this, for my money, his speech today dispelled any doubt I may have had about him. What a breath of fresh air for a politician to confront controversy, questionable associations, and personal failings in a direct, intelligent, and explicable manner. As far as I'm concerned, Obama is playing in a different league, not only from Hillary and The Maverick, but from any presidential contender I've observed in my lifetime. If he is not elected, this country will have tragically missed a historical opportunity.
